This is a very funny looking tattoo indeed. The skull of a man smoking a cigarette. Nice intricate designs surrounding the tattoo all over. It looks cool and hip. Also, I guess the person has inked his own name and surname above and beneath the tattoo. This tattoo has been inked on the guy’s leg.
